Chief Executive Officer

Ilia is a technology entrepreneur and finance executive with over a decade of experience in global capital markets, including senior roles on Wall Street.

He previously served as Vice President of Strategy at Bank of America and led emerging technology investment banking at a New York boutique, advising high-growth companies in enterprise software and AI. Before Dynaprice, he founded an AI startup focused on enterprise intelligence, which was later integrated to embed an AI-driven intelligence layer into the platform.

Ilia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.

Chief Technology Officer & Head of Operations

Scott is a seasoned technology leader and one of the earliest architects of the Dynaprice platform. Since joining the company in 2002, he has played a pivotal role in building and scaling Dynaprice's core infrastructure to meet the evolving needs of Fortune 500 clients.

With a strong technical foundation and a relentless focus on operational excellence, Scott has been instrumental in ensuring platform reliability, transparency, and top-tier customer service. His work has helped Dynaprice earn the trust of some of the world's most asset-intensive organizations.

Scott holds a degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.

Founder & Strategic Advisor

Ron is the founder of Dynaprice and now serves as a strategic advisor. He brings decades of experience at the intersection of enterprise technology, data services, and investment recovery.

As a former Vice President at ADP and Ceridian, Ron foresaw the digital transformation of surplus asset management as early as 1999. He pioneered enterprise-grade surplus equipment managment systems trusted by Fortune 500 companies.

Ron holds a degree in Systems Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
