This custom-designed format serves as a carrier of contract-related line item, terms and conditions, and related information databased with each contract or order. It may be presented on screen as a Word document for local printing or on the web for remote printing by the respondent. It may be designed to offer, on web, a form that may be submitted to indicate formal acceptance; when this action is taken by a respondent, the action is databased for audit purposes and the on-screen display changes from the form to a custom-worded acknowledgement of acceptance.
Payment and Shipping Communications
This notice is received by the venue administrator (or staffmember assigned to a contract) when a payment is entered by a remote (e.g., Finance) staffmember who has been especially set up to record payments received. It notifies the venue staff that further action may be timely, such as shipping items or archiving a completed contract.
Email sent to the lister(s) of the item(s) in a contract to prepare them for pickup by a package carrier. This email is customizable by the venue to reflect the requirements of the carrier. Multiple such emails may be sent if items in a contract are in multiple company locations or are posted by multiple different people.
When a package carrier picks up a shipment or an administrator marks one or more contract items as "shipped" by offline action, this email may be sent to the respondent to confirm to him that shipping action has been taken.
Package Carrier Communications
This custom communication lists the items to be picked up at a location and the destination to which they are to be delivered. This facility is available only to clients using the "Company Locations" facility of the Dynaprice syistem. Multiple such notices may go out (each corresponding to a pick list to the source location) if items to be shipped are in multiple locations.
Package carriers may use a special facility on the web (www.dynacarrier.com) to indicate the date of a pickup and the bill-of-lading/tracking number associated with it. When date and tracking information is entered by the carrier, this email is sent to the venue administrator or assigned staffmember and a Shipping Notice is sent to the respondent (orderer).

When this information is entered by the carrier, this email is sent to the venue administrator or assigned staffmember to notify him that shipping (and all) actions may be complete on a contract (or just one partial shipment on that contract), and that further action may be timely (such as archiving the contract).
